Standard turnaround on a screen-printed team order is about 7 to 10 business days after art approval — so give yourself 2 to 3 weeks of runway before the first game, which leaves cushion for size swaps and "oh wait, we forgot the assistant coach." In a genuine pinch, ask us about rush options; we've turned orders in as little as 48 hours when the schedule (and the garment stock) cooperates.

How much does fall team gear cost?

Ballpark numbers for a typical order: a one-color screen-printed spirit tee usually lands in the $10 to $15 per shirt range at 25 to 50 pieces, and drops from there as quantity climbs. Adding individual names and numbers adds a few dollars per shirt. Embroidered coaches' polos generally run $30 to $50 depending on quantity and garment, and embroidered caps typically $14 to $22 depending on the cap and logo. Hoodies for the October chill? Plan on roughly double the tee price.

Booster clubs take note: spirit tees that cost you $12 routinely sell at the gate for $20 to $25. That margin buys a lot of Gatorade.

How do you keep a team order from turning into chaos?

One organized order beats forty individual ones. Do this:

• One point person. A single coach or team parent collects everything and talks to us.
• One spreadsheet. Name, size, and number (if applicable) for every player — sent with the order.
• Order 2 to 3 extras per size. Somebody always grows an inch or joins late.
• Approve the proof carefully. Check the mascot spelling twice. Ask us how we know.
• Pad the deadline. Tell yourself the game is a week earlier than it is.
