RSVP Cards
Choose from a wide variety of designs!
Choosing the right wedding RSVP card can be a challenge. Do you go with something traditional, or contemporary? Elegant or whimsical?
At first glance, RSVP cards may seem like an afterthought, but they play an important role in your wedding planning process. Your guests will use them to let you know whether or not they can attend your big day, so it’s important to choose wisely. Here are a few things to keep in mind when selecting your RSVP cards:
1) Know the format – There are two common formats for wedding RSVP cards: the traditional card that’s sent back through the mail, and the online form that’s submitted electronically. Choose the format that will work best for your guests. If many of them live far away, mailing a physical card might be the best option; if most of your guests are tech-savvy, an online form might make more sense.
2) Consider your style – Are you going for a classic look, or something more modern? Whichever style you choose, make sure your RSVP cards reflect it.
3) Keep it simple – Some people tend to overcomplicate their RSVP cards with too many questions and options. Keep things simple by asking for only the necessary information (e.g., number of guests attending, dietary restrictions). This will make it easier for your guests to respond and reduce confusion later on.
4) Stick to standard fonts – While it’s tempting to go crazy with funky fonts and colors, it’s best to stick with standard typefaces so everyone can read them easily. That said, feel free to add some personality by using different font sizes or italics.
5) Don’t forget the envelope – The last thing you want is for all of those pretty RSVP cards to get lost in transit! Make sure you include return postage on each envelope so your guests can easily send them back.
