• Embroidery, DTG, DTF: just 12 pieces — perfect for a club or staff-only run.
• Add a 10–15% cushion: new students, mid-year add-ons, and the inevitable lost shirt. Reordering a handful later costs far more per piece than adding them up front.

How do you handle a big size run without the headache?

The size collection is where school orders stall. Skip the hallway chase: send one shared form or group text asking for name and size, set a hard deadline, and default no-responders to a safe size like adult Large. You can mix everything from youth XS to adult 4XL in a single order. Sizes 2XL and up usually carry a small blank upcharge, which we spell out on your quote so nothing's a surprise.
